As a driver that has to work with this app I can tell you it is a daily struggle. The app takes too long to do anything, log in, create a ticket , save totals or submit the ticket can take anywhere from 3 to 5 min, and is not even because of poor signal, I got 5G, if I can stream a video I ought to be able to load a simple text ticket. If you’re gonna use this app get ready to constantly having to close and reopen the app, waiting in your truck for a long time just for the app to respond.

There’s some features that I like about this app, but there is a huge syncing problem. I spend more time waiting for the app to sync then I do to make out tickets and even sometimes it takes longer for the app to work than for me to get loaded.
