Had many questions and they have an actual person that answers questions as needed. Driver on time and was able to amend order when driver arrived. Best part they delivered a fridge and was able to take away the old one. Had about 2 weeks of issues with verifying details with this app. Three updates in a few weeks doesn’t seem good lol. Will wait another month to see if anything picks up. Meh ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2025-05-06* The bags are decent but they shouldn’t even bother offering a pick up service, whoever designed their website somehow managed to fail in creating text boxes that let you type more than one character in them, rendering it impossible to enter your address. ### 1/5 — Absolute Garbage *2023-07-09* This company is absolute garbage. The bags are actually pretty decent but had to double them up for ceramic tile which wasn’t too big a deal but then I spent almost 3 hours trying to get the app to work and signing up online from my computer. When I finally did get signed up I could do nothing from there. The confirmation email I received said thank you for your purchase. Please read all the directions below, which was nothing but a blank page with zero information. The app would not let me enter my address and will not let me continue any further without it. The pro version could not even open up without crashing. The 800 number from the website does not work. Total waste of time, terrible way to run a business. I think it’s a shame that it’s sold in a big store like Lowe’s wich Iwill be contacting to let them know how terrible this company is. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2023-06-20, version 2.1.127* This app is garbage. Impossible to enter address, map doesn’t work and cannot enter one manually. ### 1/5 — Scam *2022-07-27* Drivers don’t get paid so if you have a package coming it can get tied up until they trick the next driver to make the delivery thinking he or she will get paid . I delivered 19 packages some customers where saying there packages where over a month late. I told them now that I’m delivering them that shouldn’t happen anymore . At that time I thought Hualtail was actually a legitimate business , nope their not 3weeks later still I haven’t seen a dime I burned up my gas making deliveries all over north east Ohio trip meter was almost 400 miles I drove for this so called company . My experience with Hualtail was a set back they took food off my table help me stop them from ripping off the next person please share my story. ### 1/5 — Haven’t received Pay! *2022-07-08, version 2.0.122* I did three deliveries and I was suppose to get paid a week ago. The lady I keep speaking to keep telling me to bare with them. Still haven’t been PAID!!!! ### 1/5 — California Sacramento Drivers *2022-07-06, version 2.0.122* About Driver Delivery app i want to tell this is the worst program app because I take someone orders for delivery to the customer I drove more miles and I didn't get paid for that day. When I ask about my payment and they tell me that it will be the next day but next day is $0.00 in my account. I've been waiting for my money for a week and I don't see it on my account.Don’t use Driver Delivery app because you will work and spend time for free. ### 1/5 — Bad Business *2022-03-27, version 2.0.115* As a driver I wasn’t compensated fairly for my services. They will not pay for total mileage which include to and from destinations and deliveries are often far away from my local area. They do not pay on time either.
