I’ve been a student since day 1 of creature yoga studio and followed along through all of it’s evolutions over the years. Always grateful. Bess & Tahl have created an online platform brimming with top quality teachers, a brilliant range of classes and a buzzing community. Choose a class depending on intensity required, amount of time you have available, and style of practise you want. Everything from yin, to advanced asana, pranayama and philosophy is covered.
