i loved the original haunt the house game on flash, and so far i think this one is fine EXCEPT for the atrocious controls. it would have been better to implement a d-pad and side buttons for possessing and haunting actions. i just wish the devs somehow see this but since the last update was 9 years ago i dont wanna get my hopes up

I’m on the ghost train level and there’s 1 NPC left. It’s been about 40 minutes and she just keeps running around and wiggling on the ladders she WONT LEAVE ;-;

Even after 12 years, this Flash game is still one of the best uses of the old “Ghost scares people away from Haunted House area” type of media that I’ve ever seen. Even though the guests can sometimes sorta…run in place, all it takes is a little spooking to get that slight bug fixed. This game is Simple, yet effective, and even better with four (or at least 7 if you count the four areas in Terror Town) different maps with spooks that are just as creative. This will remain a timeless classic to me when it comes to the realm of Flash Games. Float on, my incorporeal friend. Float on.

Can be inappropriate in a certain map, as well as a certain sound effect of scared people sound inappropriate. There’s also the word, ‘moan’, although the word has an ambiguous meaning in real life. I think ‘groan’ could be a better word replacement.

Well I’m 22 now and I still love this goofy game! I loved it so much when I was a kid, scaring people as a ghost. It’s a lot of fun and they have four different places to play! It’s only $1.99 of course I’m buying it! I wish this game was on switch tho <3 Thank you for making this game :)

There is a little bug-
When you scare people so bad you can leave them frozen and they will stay there with there arms in the air. You have to wait till they’re face is normal to scare them again and they will eventually move again.

I liked the game but it doesn’t update, there’s only a few levels so it got boring. But that’s not the problem, idk why I got to one person on a level and I spent half an hour or more on the one person alone trying to get the person to go but they never left. Verstehe den Sinn nicht und den Spielspaß nicht. Finde es schwer und macht überhaupt keinen Spaß. Da gibt es von der Firma bessere Spieler die sogar kostenlos sind. Dieses Spiel ist echt Müll Macht keinen Sinn macht kein Spaß außer vielleicht die Grafik ist ganz putzig ansonsten Fingerweg

I was going to get an achievement but some idiot jumped out the windo everyone remember if they start screaming at the top of their lungs and you want no window jumpers don’t haunt and spook please it’s very regretting... (😭)

A game I revisit every few years and love all the same. Amazing art style, fun gameplay, killer (pun intended) sound track and amazing designs. I love this game and can safely call it a childhood classic.

Hi, so this game is really fun! The levels are so fun and the ghosts' designs are adorable! As a halloween lover, i thought this would be fun and it is! However, i would like more lore for the mansion ghost, halloween fun train ghost, and north pole ghost. Since the terror town ghost got lore i think the others should get some lore too. Either way, sooooooooooooooooo fun! Five stars.
