## What is Häuser modernisieren?

The journal HÄUSER MODERNISIEREN is the leading Swiss magazine for renovation.

Modernisation, renovation and conversion will continue to gain significance due to the increasing scarcity of land and become an interesting alternative to new buildings. To the owner as well as to the buyer of an older property, HÄUSER MODERNISIEREN provides the necessary know-how on the modernisation of his estate and its value preservation. Therefore don’t miss any edition if you want to modernise your house! Discover it for yourself and download issue 1/20 as a free reading example.

In the app you have the possibility to select all weblinks directly, bookmark pages and use a full-text search. In addition, all e-mail addresses, page references and the table of contents are linked user-friendly (from editions 2018). Downloading this app is free of charge. Plus you can buy single editions or an inexpensive annual subscription (four editions). Subscribers to the print edition will receive a free access via login along with the subscription invoice.

Subscription and purchase options within the app:
In the app, you can currently access single editions of the magazine HÄUSER MODERNISIEREN. In addition, there is the possibility to purchase an annual subscription (four editions) at the price of CHF 15.00 which automatically renews. On the iPad/iPhone you can manage and control your subscription yourself. In doing so, please note the auto-renewable options of your iPad/iPhone settings in particular and deactivate them in time if you do not wish for an automatic renewal of your subscription for another year at the price of CHF 15.00. Otherwise, your account will automatically be debited with the charge for the subscription renewal by Apple iTunes store 24 hours before the expiry of your account. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
