You guys need to get it together. Customer service: zero. Usability: zero. It says it’s takes 5-7 business days to transfer tips. Mine can take as long as 10-12 business days so I’m always panicking about where my money is. Also it doesn’t update my tip amount until noon the next day at the EARLIEST. And paying $1.00 to get my tips immediately. Really hate to think my money is floating around somewhere just waiting for the transfer to go through. Also very confused as to why it is considered a credit card when it’s my hard earned money? Don’t convert to Tiphaus or HausMoney. It’s not worth the headache and disappointment from employees. I constantly hear complaints from my colleagues. This has been by far the worst and most mediocre way I have received my tips from a company ever. If there was ever an example of a company not knowing what they are doing before they start this would be it. My tips are always being played with my moneys is rarely ever right and now my money is being held hostage because of a mistake YOU made. That to me sounds like a you problem yet now my bills will go unpaid and late fees accrued because I can’t have the money I worked hard for. ### 1/5 — don’t do it *2025-09-03, version 1.9* disappointed that the restaurant i work at chose this app. basically you get 2 options - PAY a FEE every time to get direct access to your money, or do the free version where your money will be up in the air between transfers for many days at a time. there’s a lack of transparency when it comes to tips being deposited. if you have a system that works, DONT DO IT. ### 1/5 — Still can’t link an external account *2025-08-09, version 1.9* I will be contacting the Fedral Trade Commission and anybody else I need to so I can inform them the only people this app is working for are the people PAYING the fee to get direct deposit. Have had this because of work for a month. It’s still can’t link an external account to transfer my money. The customer service rep’s suggestion was I put my account number in wrong 20 times. If only I had thought of checking that. I obviously am not a fan of this concept mainly because it typically takes over a week to get my tips. Also there have been numerous times where I am unable to even login to my account, therefore my money is inaccessible for even longer. Worse app and their customer service is not helpful. Please if you are considering using this company for your business, I strong advise not to do such. ### 1/5 — Managers, stay away *2026-06-15, version 1.24* Our restaurant recently forced us to switch from cash to HausMoney, and it’s been horrendous. Every transfer takes longer than expected and they notify you the transfer is on its way with no rhyme or reason: doesn’t happen when I initiate it, nor when it hits my bank account. Just whenever they get around to it. App is clunky and an overall hassle to use. Have WAY too many issues transferring money to my bank account. Hope Your employer likes you enough to never use this awful app ### 1/5 — Withdraw your money and never use again *2026-05-07, version 1.22* I was just recently unable to pay a security deposit because of HausMoney. A transaction with this card was cancelled for whatever reason (fifty fifty chance a payment processor will not take HausMoney as a proper form of payment) Anyways, after a denied form of payment, HausMoney withdrew the funds from my balance and it is now pending. When I say pending, I mean for up to a week +. Numerous restaurant locations are cancelling partnerships with HausMoney because of this. As a fairly recent customer of HausMoney, I will say the app has gotten a lot better. That’s how you come up. The team has made an honest approach to fixing issues as they come on my phones. I use my card vs transferring it out which is why I might have a different experience. For daily purchases and quick runs to the store it works great, there is some restrictions on certain stores. I can get my card with my tips. Compare compared to bigger bank I know that they help me when I have an issue. I was called by one of the support agents, Alejandro who is very friendly and made sure to resolve any issues after my email had been hacked. ### 5/5 — +40 Points in 90 Days: This App Quietly Fixed My Credit Score *2026-07-12, version 1.24* I’d been getting my tips on my paycheck for years (which I never really loved - I miss cash!), so when my employer announced they were rolling out daily digital tip payouts, my first thought was, “Finally — what took you so long to join this century?” When it came time to sign up, I went with Hausmoney, since it was fee-free option and it was easy to sign up. That was the whole appeal at first — just a simple way to get my tip earnings daily instead of waiting on a paycheck. I started using the card for everyday spending — groceries, gas, takeout — mostly because my tips were already loading onto it. No strategy, no plan. Three months later, I checked my credit score out of curiosity and it had jumped 40 points. I thought I was using a debit card, since I can’t spend more than I have, but it must have some magic trick inside of it. I’ve never noticed a “statement”, there’s no bill to pay once a month and yet I have a perfect payment record on the Hausmoney card. 🤷‍♂️ Bottom line: Went in for fast, fee-free access to tips I’d already earned. Came out 40 points higher on my credit score. Didn’t see that coming, but I’ll take it. ### 5/5 — Great company. I been using the App for almost 2 years from my work company, and never had any issues once or ever. Really recommend!!! ### 5/5 — My Take/ Experience *2024-12-21* So me personally, I haven’t had too much issues with the app outside of my physical card not being sent to my address, but I got that taken care of in a swift manner. The CEO of the company actually took the time out of her day to call me and my coworkers separately in order to get all of our problems solved. It’s a new app and it’s gonna take some time.
