I have recently placed an order and while checking the order update it’s redirecting to App refresh .. Despite multiple calls and repeated attempts to contact them regarding my issue, there has been absolutely no response from their side. The service is highly unprofessional, and the lack of customer care support is frustrating. If a company cannot respond to genuine customer concerns after receiving payment, it seriously affects trust and credibility.
