### 1/5 — Worst Service in world

Very disappointing service. I scheduled my geyser installation for today morning, but I did not receive a single call or update from the assigned technician throughout the day. There was no communication, no status update, and no respect for the customer’s time.

If Havells cannot fulfill a scheduled installation or even inform the customer about the delay, it reflects very poorly on their after-sales service. I have already raised a complaint, and if this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it to the National Consumer Helpline.

I expected much better service from a brand like Havells.

Extremely disappointing experience with the Havells app. The app simply does not function as expected — it either crashes on launch, freezes mid-use, or fails to load content altogether. For a brand of Havells’ reputation, this is unacceptable.
I’ve tried restarting the app, clearing cache, and reinstalling, but none of it helped. Basic features are inaccessible, making the app completely unusable.
Hope the development team addresses these technical issues urgently. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

I am writing to urgently escalate an unresolved service request regarding my air conditioning unit, which has been pending since **11th May**. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no progress, and my experience with your service staff Siraj Ahmed has been highly unsatisfactory.
I am escalating this ticket due to the following specific issues:
 * **Unacceptable Delay:** The service request was initiated on 11th May and remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience in the current weather.
 * **Unprofessional Conduct:** The assigned service technician Siraj Ahmed has been misbehaving, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism, and has been entirely unhelpful in providing a resolution.
 * **Incompetent Service:** The technician ordered the incorrect replacement part for my unit, further delaying the repair process.
This level of service is incredibly disappointing. I request that a competent, senior technician be assigned to my case immediately with the correct part.
Please take swift action to resolve this matter **ASAP**. I expect a prompt reply acknowledging this escalation and detailing the immediate steps you will take to fix my AC. If no further action is taken in next few hrs and a resolution is not provided immediately, I will be forced to highlight this terrible customer service publicly on social media.

I purchased a window AC last year, and it stopped working on 12 May. I raised a service request the same day, but today is already 23 May and the issue is still unresolved. I tried calling the phone number provided for service multiple times, but no one is picking up the calls.

Finally, I had to call a local operator to check the AC myself. I also have a 4-year AMC, but it feels like a total waste as I am still suffering due to the AC breakdown and poor service support.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service experience. I would strongly recommend going for Voltas instead, as their service is much better.

In the Havells One app, in the Access Solar App, Issue 1: when I click for the first time on my plant name, in the daily production area, the OLD data comes. Only when I go out and come back am I able to see the latest daily production data. Problem 2: In the Solar App, I am NOT able to see the yield area, while I see 2026, I am not able to see 2025 data. Problem 3 : In the yield area, I am not able to see anything. Earlier these problems were not there. Can you please rectify these issues? I am accessing via the iOS.

Really I am very much impressed with Havells All Products I have purchased till date. Giving prompt services, quick installations, Proffessional well trained technician and staff’s. I always recommending Havells product to my friends and relatives. Who ever bought Havells products, they are very happy to have them. Good luck to Havells Team. Keep it up with same energy.

### 1/5 — Missing Device Sharing/ Inviting Family Members like core features

It appears that the device-sharing feature has been  removed in recent updates. Previously, in Havells Sync, I could share devices like my Lloyd Stellar AC with family members by inviting them via the app. However, in the current version of Havells One, this option seems to be missing or removed. This was a painful experience. I thought there will be more exciting new features but they are removing its core features like device sharing / inviting family members.

### 1/5 — Avoid Lloyd and Havells Products at All Costs – Their After-Sales Service is a Nightmare

I strongly urge everyone not to buy any product from Lloyd or Havells. Their after-sales service is nothing short of pathetic and infuriating. If your AC needs a part replacement, be prepared for a long, frustrating wait of 15 to 20 days or more—with no proper updates, no urgency, and a completely careless attitude from customer support.

I’ve been waiting for a part for my AC since 12th April, and despite countless follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. Their customer service is clueless, unresponsive, and utterly useless.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from Lloyd and Havells. Buying from them is a guaranteed regret.

I have been trying to use the Havells One app, but all I get is the same error message: “Something went wrong! Please try again after some time.” This has been happening constantly, making the app completely useless. There seems to be no proper maintenance or updates to fix this issue. A brand like Havells should ensure its digital services work smoothly, but this app is a huge disappointment. If you’re relying on it for smart appliances or services, be prepared for frustration.

### 1/5 — Bad quality of product and worst quality of support services

I had purchased 1.5ton split AC in 2023 and reviewing it after use of 1 year. In a short span of this time this AC malfunctioned almost every month. Some of the common problems are - frequent gas leaks due to low quality of coil, Noise problem, worst quality of temperature sensor etc. 
After expiry of one year standard warranty I purchased extended standard warranty. Worst experience start from here, their technicians never visit on time and customer support rants every time that it will take 24-48 hours. 
I raised a complaint on this application and this is the 7th day I am waiting for their technicians to visit. 
In mental fatigue I have to purchase a new AC from Samsung. 
Well this was my personal experience and I will not suggest anyone to go for their products.
