I’ve never been to such an amazing Dispensary! The shop atmosphere is beautiful and amazing! The staff is so amazing ! Very knowledgeable and very attentive & kind ! I do love having to the Haven App , I can always check out upcoming deals, I can keep if my points & much more ! It blows weedmaps out the door I can legit just order right to my favorite store in the app and do curbside pickup if I want at no extra cost!! Helps me keep track of my points & rewards, with everything being so high priced it’s great to receive money I can use for my purchases. With all the great products I buy it’s hard to remember the monthly deals, thanks to the app I’m always aware of when to go in and receive killer hook ups on my favorite products! The Haven team is always so helpful! To start I have given it a good try for weeks but I just can’t do it anymore. The new app was made with only improving the ordering section, I will say for some that might be an improvement but im not the market for that. I always go into my local store for the environment. Haven always has amazing deals going on, a great reward system and great community events. But with this new app seeing all of that is impossible! Trying to go through the deals at the top it moves ore reloaded and you have to fight to read the deals or community events. Previously it would give information on the community events but now clicking on it just takes you to the order page.. I want to know about the farmers market not order something. Then they have the deals listed in blue again below. But only some of them.. and if you click on them some even list the wrong products that arnt even apart of that deal. Then I look at my points, it says I have non. I only can see my points on receipts from the store. They also have taken away you seeing what you can get with the points from the app. People in the haven community loved these things and you took it away for space to order from the app. Why can’t they both be there.. I love haven but it been getting greedy and money hungry like other places I left for that.. please look at fixing issues with the app ### 1/5 — What happened? *2026-02-07* In order to open my haven app the other day, it told me it was going to update. Okay. So I clicked “update” and voila! A whole completely different experience. First, my reward points disappeared. In fact it doesn’t look like they offer any deals like using reward points to get product. Or for Happy Hour. Or for double or more points when purchasing product. Or for anything. In fact, the app is set up as a purchase online and have the product delivered ONLY. I’m confused. There wasn’t any mention of a policy change, and I’m not sure if I’d go back if there wasn’t a reward program, because their competitors are selling product for much less money, and have rewards programs. I’ll have to go in today and find out what really is going on. If they did discontinue the current rewards program, and didn’t lower the prices, then it seems logical to go where the better deals are. ### 1/5 — Wth *2026-02-05, version 5.0.0* Why would you get rid of me being able to see how many points I have? Terrible order tracking, zero customer service, terrible prices on product. ### 1/5 — They Deleted Over 10,000 Points From My Account *2024-07-25* I kept being hounded by the staff at my local Haven to sign up for the app because I had so many points. I finally did and was pleased to see the rewards I had coming. Then suddenly they deleted over 10,000 of my points because they all suddenly “expired” over night the first time I used them. All the points were earned according to their reward system. It’s a scam to harvest your data. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me login! *2024-05-19, version 4.0.0* I’m trying to get my free 8th of the month and it keeps telling me it sent a pin to my account and I haven’t received anything. I tried it a few times already and nothing.
