I have had 3 - 9 series black “up lights” fail in less than 9 months! Now they come out with the “Pro” series that does what they told me the 9 series should do! Why can’t the 9 series have more patterns available? The Halloween mode is awesome! If they can do that, where are the options? It shows the patterns page in the app description in both iOs and droid, but the pattern options aren’t there! These lights have so much potential! Please update the app!!! ### 1/5 — Unreliable - no physical back up controls *2022-06-16, version 3.9.71* 10 x a year our outdoor lights go out and the Haven app system doesn’t make it easy. Even with reliable Wi-Fi and power to the house, the app isn’t intuitive for getting the lights back on - and my human installer 5x a year must activate remotely or come to house. I’m 49 and this is the most stressful tech I’ve ever had in my house (and I use Sonos!) ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage *2021-05-24, version 3.7.3* This stupid app just got updated and deleted all of my locations and lights. Absolute hot trash. The developers should be embarrassed by this garbage. ### 2/5 — Difficult *2023-10-31* Can never connect to the WiFi network ### 2/5 — App is not great but the lights are awesome. *2022-03-15, version 3.9.71* After owning the Haven lights for 2 years, I was really hoping they would update the app. I now own several Hue products and love their app. If anyone is reading this form Haven, please take a look at the Hue app and duplicate! We need scenes! We need an intuitive app! We need better control of our lights with presets for holidays! Revamp your app and I guarantee your sales would increase by word of mouth! ### 2/5 — Great lights, really terrible logic in the app *2021-03-12, version 2.6.9* The lights and my installation experience were great. However, the app makes it crazy difficult to configure multi colored scenarios for specific occasions. The user experience is just awful. It limits the capability of what is possible with these wonderful lights. Needs a thoughtful re-write. ### 3/5 — Needs better scene editing *2021-08-19, version 3.9.32* Excellent app and products. App desperately needs the ability for the user to create a scene and save the scene to use in later events. Current event/scene setup is clumsy and time consuming. Will update to 5 stars if they fix the scene/event creation. ### 4/5 — Reasonably Intuitive *2023-04-30* This app is not the easiest to use, but it is doable. My biggest complaint is that on/off times are usually set relative to sunset and sunrise. This app does NOT know very accurately those times.
