Lots of things don't work. Not sure what gives but not functional enough for what it advertises. And no response from support. Family doesn't work except the key. But down at link them. Under family section clicking on meeting place 1 or 2 does nothing. Links to items to purchase for survival gear don't do anything. Download maps very unclear on how to do it and even when you download it, going back says 0 tiles downloaded even though I definitely downloaded over a hundred. So who know. Want a refund. **Developer response:** Hi Ricksterny, thank you for the detailed feedback and sorry for the initial delay. Haven is actively supported and maintained. We just released version 1.0.10, which directly resolves the issues you experienced: -> Fixed the Survival Gear item links and Family meeting place buttons. -> Resolved the Family join and member display issues. -> Improved offline map download clarity and fixed the tile counter display bug. Please update to version 1.0.10 from the App Store and give it another try. If you run into anything else, reach out to us at support@havensurvival.com with your device details and we will assist you personally. If you still prefer a refund, you can submit that request directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We appreciate your patience and hope the new update earns back your trust. ## Frequently asked questions about HAVEN ### What is HAVEN's primary function?
