## What is Haven?

Never run out of battery again.

Haven is Jordan's first smart power bank rental network. 
Find a SafeHaven station, scan the QR code, and get a fully 
charged power bank in seconds. Charge your phone on the go, 
then return the power bank to any SafeHaven station across 
the city.

  with a daily cap

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the Haven app and find the nearest SafeHaven station 
   on the map
2. Scan the QR code on the SafeHaven station
3. Authorize payment on your card to start the rental
4. A fully charged power bank is released for you
5. Use it for up to 48 hours
6. Return it to any SafeHaven station — you are only charged 
   for your actual usage time

TRANSPARENT PRICING

- Clear hourly rates shown in the app before you rent
- Daily usage cap — you'll never be charged more than the 
  daily maximum for usage time
- Maximum rental period is 48 hours

RETURN POLICY & REPLACEMENT FEES

Power banks are the property of Haven and must be returned 
to a SafeHaven station. If a power bank is not returned 
within 48 hours:

- Our team will contact the customer directly to arrange 
  the return
- The customer is given a 24-hour grace period after contact 
  to return the power bank with no replacement fee
- If the power bank is returned in good condition within 
  this period, no replacement fee applies

If the power bank is still not returned after the grace 
period, a replacement fee becomes due, reflecting the 
material value of the device. Payment of this fee is the 
customer's responsibility. Haven does not automatically 
charge this fee to the customer's payment method. If the 
customer does not pay voluntarily, Haven reserves all legal 
rights to recover the fee through applicable legal channels.

REPLACEMENT FEE REFUND

If the customer pays the replacement fee and then returns 
the power bank in good condition within 7 days of payment, 
the full replacement fee is refunded.
