At this point it seems like this tech is behind 20 years from all the rest of banks and their mobile app. This banking app needs a HUB for all accounts, personal/business for seamless money transfers and management between all accounts. ### 3/5 — Security process in antiquated *2026-03-17* Haverhill Bank’s customer service and personnel are as good as any bank I’ve worked with and better than most. However, their online presence, and in particular their process for accessing online banking is antiquated.
