항상 다이어트를 하려고 마음을먹고 헬스장을 등록하고 운동하는 방법을 잘모르니 비싼돈을주고 pt를
등록하고 만족도가 별로였는데 이어플을 사용해보니 식단 수분 루틴을 자신의 생활패턴에 맞출수도 있고 추천 운동도 부위별로 알려줘서 너무좋습니다.
또, 다이어트는 식단도 중요한데 자신의 체형에 맞춰 필요한 영양목표치를 쉽게 볼수있어서 너무 좋은기능인거같아요!!

건강을 최우선으로 생각하고 ai 코칭 기능은 정말 좋아요! 다만 이미 마른 체형에서 체중감량을 하고 싶거나 특수식단( 저탄은 있는데 저탄고지식단은 없어요) 을 하고 있다면 앱에서 가이드 범위가 좀 좁다고 느껴질 수 있어요. 현재 키 157, 44kg 에서 취미 발레를 하고 있어서 39~40kg 까지 감량하고 싶었는데 40.5 아래로는 안 되더라구요. 무리한 다이어트가 아니라 건강을 위한 다이어트 관리 앱이라 일반적인 칼로리나 영양면에서는 좋을 것 같아요.

운동할 때 유튜브에서 뭐 할지 찾는 게 귀찮았는데, 앱 안에 따라 할 수 있는 운동 영상이 바로 있어서 그냥 오늘 할 운동 정하고 따라 하면 되니까 편해요!

맨날 다이어트 할 때 제미나이한테 어떻게 해야 할까 물어보고 사진 찍어서 올리고 그랬는데 이건 그냥 너무 똑똑하게 모든 걸 트래킹해주니까 진짜 만족스러워요
그 중 제일 좋았던 건 하루 동안 탄단지 비율이 얼마 남있는지 확인할 수 있으니까 대략 감으로 조절할 때랑은 다르게 확실히 뭐가 오바되었는지 알 수 있어서 편리한 거 같아요
