## What is HAVIT?

HAVIT is a digital detox timer, a routine tracker and an alarm. Some of the day belongs to you, not to your phone - HAVIT helps you pick which part. Stay with it and you collect reward points (VIT) to spend on furniture, wallpaper and floors for your own small pixel room.

THE LOOP

1. Plan it. Pick a category, set a time, and say how often it comes back - every day, weekdays, weekends, every other day, or just the days you choose.

2. Run the detox timer. Leave the screen on and let it tick. HAVIT counts the minutes and shows you how much you did. Your other apps keep working - HAVIT does not block anything.

3. Collect VIT. Go over an hour in a day and VIT lands in your account. Five days or more in the same week, and there is more waiting.

4. Shop for your room. Swap VIT for furniture, wallpaper and floors, then place it all in the little isometric room on your Today tab.

A HAND WITH MORNINGS

Set a bedtime and a wake-up time, and the alarm rings with the sound you chose. Tap to get up, or push it back ten minutes at a time.

Your bedtime and wake-up time are simply written down and shown back to you. HAVIT does not measure your sleep.

AND A LOOK BACK

History lays your days, weeks and months out on a calendar.
