Had them that way for years. For some reason now they keep moving up or down with no way to edit them and get them back in line. Bank knows nothing of why *2024-05-17* I got the app to make mobile deposits the most. I can’t even get the e-deposit menu to work. Complained for weeks, no one knows anything at the bank and kept telling me it’s not the bank preventing me from making a deposit by mobile. It’s 2024, this should be a very basic feature of any bank app. I have to drive to the bank and go to deposit every single check, I have a business, so this is extremely inconvenient. I think I will actually change Banks because of this, super inconvenient. Please fix ASAP! ### 1/5 — Zelle doesn’t work *2023-10-31* Signed up for Zelle at the bank. They sent an email saying I was enrolled. Now in the app there’s TWO menu options that say Send Money with Zelle. You cannot update the bill pay portion of this app. It’s extremely frustrating and will cause me to change banks. My business iPhone 6 which still works fine is iOS 12. Now I can’t update or log in to check my Business account.
