It is doing this on my iPad, too, which doesn’t have the latest IOS update. I have to go on a computer to access my account now. It is a bit inconvenient. I hope this gets fixed soon. ### 1/5 — Unstable at times *2021-02-14, version 20.2.50* I miss having the automated number to check my balance. Though this app is great at times, every now and then it doesn’t work. Their website doesn’t navigate well either. The last update was two months ago. This app need to add features like Face ID and add a feature for a PIN number. Have a feature where you can update your contact information and update your address. Not to mention the limited features it has. It also combines deposits and withdrawals and adds it up instead of providing more detail from each transaction. The ATM locator also doesn’t work sometimes and fails to find my location.
