I’ve emailed the developer, G5GAMES, but only received a generic auto-response. So I can’t play the game but the only useable feature is paying $ for extra coins, etc. but can’t even even do anything in the game. I even sent G5 a video of this pop up glitch & still, it has not been fixed. I can earn points needed to play events that I don’t have access to. I have sent customer service SEVERAL messages over SEVERAL weeks. And the response is basically oh well. I have done my own trouble shooting and nothing fixes it. Game is enjoyable enough as long as you’re ok with not accessing all the parts you should be able to play. I’m on level 970. This is not the first time I have reached out to support and received no help. ### 1/5 — Great in beginning; then requires real money for progress *2022-05-09* Creative and fun levels and decent storyline though I skip a lot of the dialogue now. Early on progression was at a reasonable pace but now you’re ‘lucky’ to win a level without using a booster. This was not common when I started playing. Now it’s so annoyingly obvious when the creators allow you to win as the game pieces move more quickly and create boosters on their own. Yet this happens extremely rarely now. I’m on level 998 btw and have spent approximately $20 total of real money. As with all of these game apps same scenario-must spend real currency to progress at a pace achievable within your lifetime. Not as fun anymore when it takes at least 10-15 lives sometimes to beat a level. The number of plays allowed has become ridiculously unachievable without boosters and now using 1 is not enough to satisfy the real money requirements for the G5 company-same as others I play like Homescapes and Manor Matters. Also, the supposed offers for ‘deals’ are ludicrously overpriced and the only real currency I’ve spent was for reasonable imo deals during events, and the accrual of in game currency is very low so that’s not an option for purchasing boosters. I’m going back to reading lol which isn’t frustrating as heck! **Developer response:** Hi there. I’m giving 3 stars because I am 200 levels into the game and so far all of the characters have been white excepting 1 black inventor. I have yet to see anyone resembling a Hawaiian/Pacific islander. There is also almost no representation of the Hawaiian culture other than the words, Aloha and Mahalo.
