Why is the app store allowing customers to download the app if it doesn’t accept the login and password?  There are no messages after login - the app immediately closes & shutdown.

When I try to register it tells me there is already an account associated with that email address. When I try to log in or change the password it says there’s no account for that email…. Catch 22.

Facial biometrics doesn’t work. Very frustrating to use an app which offers facial recognition but constantly turns off.

Can’t even register an account. It has a drop down for your state which is required and it populates the field with the 2-character state abbreviation but when you try to submit the form it won’t let you and says on 2 characters allowed in the state field!

Unable to register. Filled out all fields and Submit button is not active.  No error message found.  Tried again and the Submit button worked; not sure why.  We will see if the app actually works.
