هواين تطبيق مجاني يتيح لكم خدمة الهواتف الذكية من خلال آلية سهلة وسهلة تمكنكم من إرسال طلبكم ويتم الرد عليكم مباشرة من قبل مزودي الخدمة سواء كان متجر جوالات وصيانة أو مستقل.
يمكنكم من خلال هذا التطبيق أن تختاروا المتجر بناء على تقييم العملاء والتميّز في الخدمة، كذلك سيتيح هواين لكم الخدمة في المنزل.

هواين ليس حل سحري ولكنه الحل الأمثل لحفظ سرية معلوماتكم وضمان خدمة هواتفكم في أي وقت وفي أي مكان.

هواين هي كلمة مشتقة من كلمة هيّن أي سهل ويسير أنها أقرب كلمة تصف خدمتنا التي نقدمها من خلال هذا التطبيق.
هواين تطبيق يساهم في تسهيل وصول العملاء إلى متاجر الجولات والتعرف عليها من خلال التقييم أو من خلال ملفات المتاجر المرفوعة على التطبيق.
آلية عمل التطبيق: 
صاحب الهاتف: 
يقوم بتحميل البرنامج، التسجيل، من أيقونة طلب جديد، يقوم بكتابة عنوان مشكلته، تصوير هاتفه، الاسم ورقم الجوال، وصف المشكلة، إرسال.
يصله الرد بالعرض والوقت المناسب، وبناء على خريطة قوقل ماب يصل إلى المتجر أو يصل إليه من خلال إرسال موقعه.

صاحب الخدمة المحل أو المستقل:
التسجيل، تجهيز ملفه الذي سيطلع عليه العملاء، خدمة الاشتراك متوفرة ليحصل على امتيازات أعلى برسوم بسيطة،
يرى الطلبات وما ناسبه منها ق\م عرضه وسعر، ويصله العميل أينما كان.

Hawayin app provide a linking repair service between customers and repair stores, PLEASE note that:
- Repairing stores are responsible for the repair parts they use to solve your issue.
- Repairing Stores (do/not) use Apple parts for repairs.( you must ask the repair store for that when the order accepted).  
- Using Repairing Stores service will void the user’s warranty
