## What is HAWK EYE?

HAWK EYE is the tracking pro clubs have in their staff, in your pocket.

Every morning, a three-question check. After every session, what you worked on. After every match, your position stats. The app does the rest: it reads your data, tells you where you stand and picks what to work on.

YOUR STATE OF THE DAY
• Sleep, fatigue, discomfort: a ring tells you whether you are READY, to watch or recovering
• A discomfort? Locate it, track it, mark when it is gone
• Your check streak: every day counts

VIDEO-GUIDED ROUTINES
• Nine routines: stretching, warm-up, mobility, core, plyometrics, prevention, growth, recovery, sleep
• Every movement shown on video and timed, the working zone lit up
• The routine of the moment, picked for your day and your position

YOUR SESSIONS AND MATCHES
• One question per screen, under a minute
• The themes and stats of your position: goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, forward
• Next-match goal: you set it, the app asks whether you hit it

YOUR PROGRESS
• Your week, your minutes, your nights, your season stats
• The focus of the week chosen from your data
• Every Monday, your review: what worked, what to watch

NUTRITION AND BODY
• Photograph your meal: a score out of 10 and a tip for the next one
• Hydration calculated on your weight and your sessions
• Body-shape analysis from a photo, measurements and growth for young players

FOR THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU
• Parents and coaches follow your progress with your player code, and you decide what they see

HAWK EYE PRO
Monthly or annual subscription, with a free trial when offered. The price is shown before any purchase. Auto-renewing, cancel anytime in your App Store settings.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
No ads, no resale. Your data syncs with your account and you can delete your account at any time from the app.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.2 — 2026-10-03

Thanks for using HAWK EYE!

We fixed how routines look: every exercise video now shows in full, large and on a clean background, in the player and on the home screen. The player fits on one screen from the smallest iPhone to the largest, and no text slides under the clock anymore when you scroll.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-10-01

Thanks for using HAWK EYE! We fixed the onboarding on iPhone: the position picker now swipes without a hitch, the morning check demo shows your adapted day with your routine’s full video, and you can add your height and weight later. Plus a few bug fixes.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-01

Video-guided routines (mobility, core, prevention, growth…), hydration, trophies, a shareable week card, observer mode for parents and coaches, a new onboarding and HAWK EYE Pro.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-15

Correction de bugs.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-14
