My app opens and asks for Bluetooth and location permission, then I can’t do anything!

The biggest problem is that data doesn’t get transferred to the Health app reliably. Nothing transfers unless I open the Health app, and only one day’s portion gets transferred; therefore, if I forget to open the Health app, I get gaps in my data. And there’s no way to bring in past data regardless of the fact that data exists in Haylou Sport. Please fix ASAP, and provide a way to pull in all data. In addition, when I wake up and take off my LS01 watch to take a shower, the app reports that I’m still sleeping!!! And even when I’m not wearing it, it continues to try to read my pulse, so the app shows inaccurate data.

Dear support team, I have purchased my Haylou NP01 watch but unfortunately that the app doesn’t allow me to connect, or even swipe! It freeze right after I open the app, stuck at the on boarding screen. Can you please contact me to this problem asap? My watch is completely useless unless I connect to the app, thank you very much!
