The games quite fun you collect monsters train them with skills and attack other monsters. If you like Pokémon you’d probably enjoy this too. But there is a major bug I have encountered, one day when I logged in it said connection lost try again, it has been saying this for a few days and I’m unable to play. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and logging out then in again. I hope this bug is fixed soon. Btw if theirs any developers seeing this my accounts name is RogueHank and if you could help me it would mean a lot Thank you. edit: I’ve been playing for longer now, and this bug hasn’t stopped but I have noticed it lasts from anywhere from a day to a few weeks, i’m unsure what fixes it/breaks it. I wanted to leave feedback for the devs to consider. That’s when I discovered at least 2 other versions of this game on the App Store; one of which is by a different developer, with far more players and reviews. That developer also replies to some comments, has updated their version of this game more recently, and has even created a sequel. So what’s up with this version of the game? Is it a ripoff? A cheap attempt at a cash-grab? I will be downloading and playing the most recent version of “Haypi Monsters: The Lost Towers” by Shanghai Haypi Computers instead, as that appears to be the original game this one copies. I encourage all other players do the same. ### 1/5 — I’m confused *2020-09-18, version 2.3.3* I’ve uninstalled an reinstalled this app three times with the same result; a message that says “Please connect to the network”. I always allow WLAN and cellular data so I’m not sure what the problem is. I kept trying because I like the game’s concept, but I’m officially done with it now unless I get an answer with a solution. ### 1/5 — Terrible Support *2020-05-27, version 2.3.3* DO NOT get this game or anything from this company. I couldn’t get into my account and contacted support. They take forever to respond and when I finally resolved the issue, I learned my account was hacked and got kicked out the app immediately. I contacted support again and have not heard a peep from them since. I had spent a lot of money on their IAPs and it’s all completely gone to waste because the hacker used my resources. Then I got no help whatsoever and it’s been about a week. Haypi doesn’t care enough about hackers on their game servers enough to deal with them or help their customers that have had their accounts compromised/stolen.
