When you create an account without a store card physically in hand you’re gonna have issues.  I have gone to the store and their system shrouds the number so they don’t know it.  When you click on app support in App Store it takes you to an inactive web page.  The manager at the store was very kind and has taken my number down for when another lady comes in that is more familiar... but I have a feeling I’ll be having to get a new physical card and then transfer my rewards points.  Might I suggest a way to search and link rewards/store card on you app like Ulta has.  Thanks!

Nothing ever loads and always crashing. Coupons always timing out. Please fix this app

I use to love to shop with this app now it won’t let me check out my cart at the top is completely gone I deleted and redownload the app and it didn’t fix it so aggravating!

The app is way too slow. Takes forever to clip coupons. App definitely needs work. When you’re in the categories section and scrolling down, you shouldn’t have to scroll ALL THE WAY back to the top to find the search bar. Search bar needs to be available the whole time or once you start scrolling back up. Sometimes you find good deals at Hays. Hays prices are very high sometimes though, especially on laundry items! They pick and choose which scents they put on sale and not on sale as well. I don’t like that.

I just love the girl that picks my groceries! If she has any questions, she will call and ask. She remembers what I’ve ordered before so if I pick something different, she will call and let me know if it is correct.

I have shopped at this store for 35 years.
Sure it may be cheaper at Walmart but the one on one friendly greetings that I get from the employees and the community just can’t be beat anywhere else!

Shopping at Hayes is like having a personal shopper. I can do my grocery shopping at the office, in the car, are the comfort of my own home and know that I’m going to get exactly what I ordered or I will receive a call to discuss options. The staff in the online department are amazing. Always courteous and always respectful.

I truly LOVE shopping with the Hays Supermarket app! It’s like your personal digital grocery list. I add items to cart at all hours of the day and night. It stores them in my cart till I’m ready to check out.
