Always go to the easy option and book an all inclusive package. But we fancied something different an experience. Wow by contacting rich rose our fears were put to bed. He was efficient , helpful , responded quickly and took into account our wants but allowed us to push our boundaries. Now we have the most amazing ing travel experience awaiting us to Thailand next year involving 2 hotels, executions and a life time want to an elephant sanctuary. The booking was seamless and. We’re being kept up to date. Very frustrating. Constantly showing the loading wheel whilst not making any progress. App extremely slow to respond, bookings won’t load. When payments have been made no confirmation to say so. Please can you sort this out ### 2/5 — Slow *2025-09-03* App used to be great but no matter what I try, data, home WiFi, public network, uninstall, clear cache etc. it’s unbelievably slow. Profile and bookings do eventually load but it takes near 5 minutes for this to happen. Also, by time you get in to a booking and want to view documents, you tap the document, it loads for a few seconds then nothing is displayed.
