But in the space of a week, i’ve had multiple issues, especially with topping up the card. I’ve tried countless times and i’m hit with the same message of “top up error” even though my details are correct. Change it back on the app and they fleece you with a horrific rate. No way to do anything. No buttons, no links. Have to delete the app then go through website to re register and set up the app again. You can check your balance on your phone. You can freeze the card if you misplace it. You can load the card onto your phone and pay using your phone just like with your normal debit or credit card. They said that there would be no transaction fees while using it abroad. However, most retailers charged me 3% to use it and we were paying on average, about 350 bahts to withdraw money from an ATM machine! When I changed what was left to pounds the rate was much lower. Should have been £108 but received £96. Make sure you send all your holiday money.
