Worst experience ever!!! However, Hayya rejected my visa application, citing incorrect gender information. The issue seems to be that Hayya's gender verification process, which compares the passport photo with the stated gender, is not accommodating diverse facial features across different ethnicities. This has led to an incorrect assessment of my gender. Please do reconsideration, taking into account the variations in facial characteristics among people of different racial backgrounds. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2025-03-20, version 9.4.0* Useless app and service waste of time and money they took my money did not update me in time did not follow up ### 2/5 — Difficult to use *2025-03-16, version 9.4.0* It took me probably 50 attempts before the app would accept a picture of my passport. It kept telling me to submit a picture less than 2MB. I tried different lighting, with and without flash, different backgrounds. Finally, for a reason I can’t explain, the app finally accepted a picture. I’ve spent at least 1.5 hours on a process that the app suggests will take 5-6 minutes.
