I returned the item 3 weeks ago and still have no received a refund/exchange amount to shop. When I try to contact the boutique I am told “oh we only pick up returns on Monday’s” next response I received was “oh we didn’t pick up returns this week, we are too busy.” I am beyond frustrated! It’s hard to get a response, let alone a nice one or an apology when they clearly messed up. I don’t know if it’s ignorance or shadiness. Either way it’s not how a business should be run. They delete feedback on social if it’s not positive. Will also block you if you say anything critical. I get protecting your image and brand. But when you have so many issues it’s not right to hide that from prospective buyers. So many of their issues could be eliminated if they worked on better CS practices and a more efficient way to process orders correctly.
