This is inexcusable. App is absolutely not optimized for mobile. Crashes constantly. Not intuitive. I have numerous financial apps that I use, all are exponentially better than this one.

This App is even worse than the website. Definitely not mobile optimized. 
With so many great, easy to use Business Banking platforms out there, I wonder why the developers don’t research what others are using now.
This app seems like it was built 10 years ago.
Definitely not what I expected from Heritage Bank NW.

Mobile deposits are failing to process. For years, this has been a seamless activity, however, for the past month or so mobile deposits fail more often than they succeed.

Can’t use the app anymore on my iPhone. Every time I try to launch the app I get a white screen window with nothing in it!
