Genuinely this woman changed my life. I have really been sceptical about online coaching for a long time… but it’s the coach. Her programmes are great, I’ve progressed more doing less volume and I had been training for 8 years before signing up. I thought I was “unable” to lose the belly pouch but it’s just understanding your personal nutrition & having the right mentor.
