Hannah is AMAZING. Genuinely this woman changed my life. I have really been sceptical about online coaching for a long time… but it’s the coach. Her programmes are great, I’ve progressed more doing less volume and I had been training for 8 years before signing up. I thought I was “unable” to lose the belly pouch but it’s just understanding your personal nutrition & having the right mentor. One of the best investments I have ever made in myself, if you’re on the fence, do it. 💜

The app is really great. It has everything you need in one - meal tracking, workouts, everything set out for you.
