This one gets stuck frequently and the credit card view is useless. The old app gave you full transaction details on credit card usage. It looks like the backend API isn’t properly integrated. I can’t transfer funds to my CDC account, yet every attempt results in the amount being deducted. This new version doesn’t work for RDA Customers, you can’t purchase NPC (Neya Pakistan Certificates) nor can you transfer money to your overseas bank via the app. My RDA Manager asked me to fill out forms for both - I don’t understand what part of “DIGITAL” in RDA (Roshan “Digital” Account) HBL don’t seem to understand in this day and age A digital bank in the UK or any other western country, gives you virtual debit cards in seconds via their apps but in Pakistan they are still pushing pen & paper, and this is supposed to be Pakistans largest bank lol…… It’s an embarrassment ### 1/5 — Worst Upgrade *2026-07-15, version 4.34* Your previous app was fine.
