## What is HBX TRAINING?

HBX Training offers boxing and functional training through four programs: Round, Boxing, Move, and Fusion.

Based on the science of movement and the effectiveness of coaching, HBX Training is a structured training method that places quality of execution at the heart of each session. Each workout is designed as a complete experience, blending physical challenge and precise coaching to maximize motivation and results.
