Für eine Kamera dieser Preisklasse ist diese App eine Zumutung! Die Herstellung der Verbindung ist grauenhaft kompliziert und die angebotene Steuerung sowie das fehlende live Bild lassen eine sinnvolle und auch mobile Nutzung vermissen. Insbesondere auf dem iPhone ist die Umsetzung eine Katastrophe und die App ist schlichtweg nicht lesbar - auch mit Lupe und kleinem Stift nicht bedienbar. Dies ist umso unbegreiflicher, da die ImageApp für Panasonic DSLR Kameras z. B. LUMIX GH5 dagegen tadellos funktioniert. Die ImageApp zeigt auch den zu fotografierenden oder zu filmenden Bildausschnitt, sodass tatsächlich eine Echtzeitaufnahme und sinnvolle Steuerung aus der Ferne möglich ist. Schade, dass Panasonic offenbar kein Interesse an einer funktionierenden App zeigt. Sollte es doch einmal jemand lesen, bitte dringend überarbeiten lassen! Danke. ### 1/5 — Keine Verbindung mit iPad und iPhone möglich *2021-10-05* Manchmal frage ich mich, was App Entwickler testen, wenn sie eine App auf den Markt bringen. Die App lässt sich weder mit meinen iPhones 11; 11 pro oder 12 und auch nicht mit meinem iPad Air 2021 oder iPad aus 2019 verbinden. Acces point not found. Klappe zu Affe tot. Bei so einer teuren Kamera hätte ich mehr erwartet. Schrott!!! ### 1/5 — Gadget pour Iphone ? *2021-09-18* La connexion fonctionne enfin. Par contre l'interface microscopique est inutilisable même sur le plus grand iphone, particulièrement le focus qui répond mal en plus. Dommage : une version simplifiée avec un minimum de commandes surdimensionnées serait parfois utile. ### 1/5 — Do developers have a clue about UX design principles? *2020-11-22* This app is absolutely unusable on an iPhone. You need to have fingers the size of matchsticks to use the controls. This is obviously a direct port from the iPad version which is marginally more usable but no with no consideration by the developer as to the smaller screen size on an iPhone. The text in help screen is tiny, almost unreadable and if you pinch to zoom you now have to scroll across the page to see all the text. You can't print the help or even copy the help, not that it's very helpful anyway. Plus it is difficult to configure and does not work very well when trying to connect to the Panasonic X 1500 camcorder as many people have discovered and why there are numerous tutorials on YouTube on how to get it to work. A very disappointing amateur app from Panasonic who should really get their act together. In short don't use this on an iPhone and be prepared to struggle getting it to work on an iPad. ### 1/5 — The single worst app ever *2020-11-14* It worked for about 30 seconds once. Das hat aber zur Folge dass alle anderen Apps auf dem iPad auf die Schnauze fallen weil die Cam als solche eben KEIN Internet bietet. Das ist so wenig zu Ende gedacht dass ich nur hoffen kann dass das eingesparte Hirnschmalz in die Entwicklung der Kamera versenkt wurde …. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-04-11* This is Panasonic’s attempt to have you thinking that their cameras are remotely accessible. Wie soll ich ohne extra Mitarbeiter mal eben ein professionelles Video abdrehen, wenn die App nicht läuft. Das ist Betrug, denn mit der Funktion wird offen geworben. Unfassbar. Eine GoPro kann das besser. ### 1/5 — Impossible de se connecter *2022-10-20* Ça fait 2 ans que j’essaie d’utiliser cette application, et après 2 mises à jour, toujours impossible de se connecter avec l’iPhone. ### 1/5 — Ein Rücksendegrund für die relativ hochwertige HX-C1500 *2022-02-24* Meine App Vers 1.0.1 zeigt nach mühsamster Verbindung mit der HC-X1500 auf dem iPhone nicht die in der Hilfe beschriebenen Schaltflächen in der umschaltbaren Kopfzeile, über die das Kamerabild oder wahlweise Analysegrafiken aus der Kamera zu sehen sein sollen. Bedienbarkeit für Zoom oder Fokus ist somit aus der Ferne nicht sinnvoll möglich. Außerdem: warum gibt es nur Zugriff auf 9 von insgesamt 12 User-Funktionstasten. Leider unbrauchbar. So geht die Kamera gleich in der ersten Woche wieder als Retoure zurück. Ärgerlich bei dem tollen Funktionsumfang. Die App fühlt sich sehr klobig an, mit dem minimalistischem Design hab ich keine Probleme. Sehr stark stört mich, dass ich das Live-Bild nicht vergrößern kann. Wenn alle Einstellungen getätigt sind, möchte ich gerne den Displayplatz zur Kontrolle der Aufnahme nutzen, die einstellbaren Werte sind dann einfach nicht mehr von Bedeutung. Das würde für mich einen elementaren Mehrwert darstellen! Ich hoffe, ein späteres Update wird das fixen. ### 2/5 — Geht nicht mit IPhone *2021-02-03* Leider kann ich die App auf meinem IPhone (11Pro, alles aktuell upgedatet) nicht verwenden, da die sich öffnende Eingabemaske für die IP-Adresse nur Zahlen und ein Komma anzeigt - keinen Punkt. Daher ist die Eingabe der IP und damit die Verbindung nicht möglich, die Kommas „will“ das System nicht. Auf dem iPad erscheint in der App eine komplette Tastatur mit allen Satzzeichen, da klappt die Verbindung problemlos und gut.
