Application has never worked on my iPhone. It opens says app is up to date and then goes to a white solid screen and never goes anywhere. I have to log onto the website to be able to access my account, pay/view my bill and to report any type of problems.

Whyyyyyyy did you change the app?!! It’s horrible now! I spoke to you and you told me my username snd said I’ll have to change my password, via the email on file. There is no email on file! The app was just fine and you went and changed it! Now it’s horrible!!! I HATE the automated phone system so the app was perfect. It wasn’t even a minor change; you completely changed it and I can no longer use it. Very disappointed.

The current update went backwards in terms of streamlining payment. Before the app update, payment information was easy and simple (with stored payment information in the app), now it just take you to the web page to pay...Disappointed.
