Constantly needs updating. Constantly glitching. Very poor camera interface to app

Gets you to sign in every time with username/password instead of a pin like any normal app, extras calculator takes a long time to load and is annoying to use. Nib app is much better, has bottom menu navigation which is more intuitive

This app is less than helpful, and allows only a select group with certain membership backgrounds to register, while the rest are sent to website login, and then sends you on a recurring/annoying glitch that takes one on a ride of logins/logouts. I had to delete the app to stop that. It beats me why HCF put up an app that selects only certain members to register. The app does not even qualify for one star. Tsk! Tsk!

Whilst it is easy to submit my claim today on the day of my consultation, the app did not work, and I was unable to bring up the digital card. What would be helpful is if you could create a card that I could store in my Apple wallet.

The app only works for the primary account holder. If my wife wants to use the app the authorisation gets sent to me and expires after 90 days. This is both annoying and a terrible design feature - particularly should someone be in a FV situation or similar.

Great and easy app when claiming. Would be great if the card can be digital aswell and be used electronically with all machines not just the ones that can scan your QR code as barely anyone uses those.

I was subjected to 5 minutes of legal mumbo jumbo before I got to speak a live person, Susan, who told me that I was unable to use the app to pay for my physio appointment because it was being updated. I asked her to see if in future if you might send members a text message to say to remember to take your physical card to make a payment at your provider as the system is being upgraded.

We are very happy with being a member even though the government has decided that we can afford to pay for the extra that we now have to pay to keep our health insurance.
