My account is locked. Probably due to a purchase perceived as fraudulent. It’s Christmas time and I am purchasing gifts. My husband and I also got gas at the same time so I am wondering if it thinks 2 gas purchases was fraudulent. Either way this app/bank should have the ability to send a notification to the user asking if the purchase is okay. Bank of America has this option and you can approve the purchase. Also this app has a notification section. Please use it to send notifications. So we are 10 days out from Christmas and have zero ability to access our money. Ridiculous. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t load sometimes... *2022-06-30, version 4.9.46* Very useful when I can load into my account. Around 20-30% of the time, I get a message about some error or another (today it was server error) that prevents me from loading into my account. This lasts for either the entire day or a healthy chunk of time (few hours). It’s pretty surprising that something like this isn’t fixed yet. ### 2/5 — Okay, WHEN it decides to work... *2017-11-01, version 2.3.7* The app has always been great in the past.
