Glancing through the app I did not see anything useful.  However, I did see that they do not understand the basics of the diet.  Phase 3 is still quite restrictive.  Best way to fail is not to take Phase 3 seriously

To get recipes your taken to Pinterest. If I wanted to see recipes in Pinterest I've have down loaded it!  Very disappointing!!
