## What is HCI Group?

Designed to make managing your HCI Group policy easier. 

HCI Group is the simple way to view your policy documents, manage your personal details and make a claim. The app supports facial recognition and fingerprint login so you can access your account easily and securely.

If you are new to HCI Group you can easily register a new account and if you forget your login details it is easy to retrieve and reset them. 
Once set up, the app will enable you to: 

- Get all the important details of your HCI Group international private medical insurance
- View and download policy documents
- View insurance cover and renewal dates
- Submit a claim for you or your dependents 
- Contact HCI Group with any changes to be made to the policy 
- Pre-authorisation
