If it’s not broke why fix it. Seen an update for a new login flow. Don’t need to update. Well new login flow showed up anyways eventually so I figured just as well update. WRONG. Since updating faceID no longer works. Click it, scans your face, returns to the login screen. I tried logging in with my password and toggling FaceID to no avail. Installed a few updates since and it still doesn’t work. Fix FaceID and I could give it a 4 star. The app works fine for what it is. Having never used another companies app I have no comparisons to make. Not sure why. Another co-worker let has the same issue. Mediocre app and a pain to change passwords. We forget passwords because you force us to change it that often. So we forget passwords and get password reset from you, you then ask us for our old password, the one we forgot, so we can’t get in again and are completely locked out of both work apps. HCMtoGo stands toe to toe/neck to neck with ServiceTitan (another great HR resource tool). I highly recommend this very affordable at and give it five stars. ### 5/5 — Versatile & Easy *2023-07-15* As a user, HCMtg covers many aspects, including schedule, pay breakdown, time off requests, Digital forms for updating SOP, & clocking in & out It also has many clearly labeled methods of browsing to these options, making options easy to find It’s only weakness is its dependency on internet access, which can delay sign in/out, but not using the internet would be a trade off instead of being strictly better Finally, it’s just a business app, so it’s not like it’s especially thrilling, but that should be expected ### 5/5 — Obviously used for work, but very solid app *2023-06-02, version 1.86.4* No real issues with the app, can clock in and out quickly and easily, you can login with FaceID, and things are laid out relatively clearly and simply. The only real issue I’ve had was that the app logged me out a few days ago (about a week into using the app) and I had to relog.
