## What is HCS Portal?

Highlands Community Services (HCS) provides an array of mental health, substance use and developmental disability services to the citizens of Washington County, VA & the City of Bristol, VA. The HCS Portal allows you to use your mobile device or computer to:

-Talk securely with your provider.
-Attend appointments by Telehealth.
-View upcoming appointments.
-Pay your bill online.
-Complete necessary documentation.

- Fixed an issue where Zoom meeting rooms had an issue loading meeting details

- Simplified view for video appointments has been added, providing an alternative join method when attending video appointments
- “Other” cancellation reason has had its character limit decreased to 100

- Join button is now displayed on Appointment cards at all times, unlocking 10 minutes before meeting start time
- Cancel button will be hidden 1 minute before the appointment start time for patient users
