Deleted and reinstalled the app and now it works again. No new version update, just a reinstall fixed it. Two stars because I guess I could have spent my valuable time sending them error and debug logs and didn’t bother but for a banking app I rely on daily expect it to better. Also why can’t I partial pay my mortgage ahead of the due date and pay the rest before the due date hits? It makes no sense. Also I see a lot of canned responses from the “app developer”, please don’t sent me one or I’ll hit the ceiling. The fingerprint sign in has NEVER worked and neither has the “remember me” function. Every time I use the touch login, it locks me out of my account. I’ve never had to call a place so many times to have my account unlocked and even if you use the forgot password, put in your SSN and answer your questions correctly, nope gotta call. It’s simply don’t work for example, trying to get information on your HCU credit card will be a waste of time. It’s simply doesn’t work. They’ve moved quite a few options now under your user account where they used to be right on the front ribbon, so good luck finding a lot of stuff this is supposed to be an improvement.
