My Chinese is poor since I left China about 12 years old.  But I did read 古文.  However I have trouble reading simplified Chinese.  Furthermore, I was under the impression that this Ap have English and Chinese so I can again consult the English text if I have trouble reading Chinese.

I am disappointed that it's not in both languages.
