I had been getting a message when opening the app saying that it was slowing my phone down and needed updating but it didn't stop me being able to use the app as normal. At the time there had not been an update available but an update 2.3 was released early last year 2017 which I installed. What a disappointment! When using 4G, the app opens as normal, lets me pick a camera to view and displays the live feed for a few seconds before it then shuts the entire app down! It only works correctly when you are connected to a WiFi network which it never needed previously so viewing while on the move now can’t be done. It’s not a settings issue as it is set to allow viewing on 4G but it clearly doesn’t. I don’t know when this issue will be corrected because the app is close to useless as it is currently, but I have been waiting 7 months and it hasn’t happened yet, so not getting my hopes up. ## Frequently asked questions about HD ### What devices is HD-IP Lite compatible with?
