בכדי להכנס להגדרות באפליקציה יש ללחוץ לחיצה ארוכה על כפתור הגדרות 


האפליקציה ״סדר יום״ פותחה על מנת לענות על הצורך של ילדים שונים בעלי צרכים מיוחדים לתמיכה ויזואלית בסדר האירועים הצפוי להם במהלך היום. 
האפליקציה הנוכחית מיועדת הן למסגרות חינוכיות אשר מחזיקות אייפד ככלי בשימוש יומיומי, והן עבור ילדים המשתמשים באייפד אישי לצרכי תקשורת תומכת וחליפית. 
באפליקציה ניתן להגדיר מספר משתמשים כתלות בצורך המסגרת. עבור כל משתמש ניתן לבנות את סדר היום שלו, הכולל תמונה עבור כל פעילות עם פלט קולי מוקלט ושעת הפעילות במידת הצורך. 
המחשבה שהנחתה אותנו בפיתוח האפליקציה הינה קיצור משמעותי בתהליך יצירת הלוחות לעומת ההכנה המסורתית הנהוגה כיום עם סמלים מודפסים, מנויילנים אשר מוצמדים ללוח או קלסר. זאת לצד אפשרות נגישה יותר ופשוטה יותר לתפעול עבור כל אנשי הצוות בסביבה הגנית ועבור הורים לילדים הזקוקים לסדר יום ברור ומונגש ויזואלית.
