All other user interfaces work great. Many times all that ai see is a truck rol whenever I try and just look at my cart. I couldn't order for about a week because I could not complete the transaction. This caused me to cheat on you with Chadwell. (She ain't much to look at, but she makes a mighty fine stew). Rewrite your code or step-up your hosting environment. Search terms are restrictive and difficult to guess, adding far more time to what should have been a quick order. Even searching “vacuum” does not bring results for wet vacs. Light bulb lengths are in inches at times and feet at others so searching requires multiple attempts for successful shopping. Takes far longer to complete an order but easier than the website. It would allow me to change the width but gave no drop-down menu for length. The reason I downloaded the app was because I am unable to customize blinds on any of my computers either using chrome or edge browsers. There I get all the drop downs but unable to submit/save/place in cart. I guess I just have to go to Menards. **Developer response:** Hi there, we are so sorry to hear you are having issues with customizing blinds on both web and app. Can you share with us which specific product you were looking at and include any screenshots so we can troubleshoot? Please reach out to us at mobileapps@hdsupply.com. ### 1/5 — Tracking orders *2023-04-06* Looking up orders is very difficult. You have to open each one and it list by the order number. Home Depot has pictures, you have a basic picture so you could scroll down and see what you’re looking for. It’s much easier when you have many orders they described through order numbers that you do not have on hand. Plus, the app is slow and malfunctions all the time **Developer response:** Hey there, If you go to your Order History we show all of your previous orders and allow for you to search for products, order # from your list of orders. Upon selecting an order you will find all of your products listed for the order, the quantity, part # and basic picture as you mentioned. You can also look in the More tab or your Home tab that shows products you purchase the most frequent that can help you find those products to order again. In regards to the speed and performance of the app it looks like you are on an older version of the app. Please download the latest version from the app store. This is common. Go look at the 5 star reviews with nothing but complaints. Nothing I order on this app shows up correct if anything shows up at all. Now you can’t even see past orders. Home Depot essentially ruined this company. In all my years acting as a maintenance Director she is the only rep that shows up every single month. If I have a question she will give me an answer and a solution by days end. Here recently my company has worked with National account reps on many products from Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and now PTAC units and equipment through other venders on better pricing. I would love to give Melissa these sals because she Works hard and deserves it but HD Supply will need to come to the table and negotiate pricing because it’s out of the hands on a local level.
