The app is terrible. Won't even load location. Very glitchy

This review was made last year. Once again, the app is terrible and its very very glitchy. Kinda like it was made for computers. Its also laggy. That was probably my little me.

Runs approx. 45 seconds and crashes on IOS version 9.3.5.  I cannot get a higher IOS for my IPad.  Not worth downloading if you have only this version of software.

Another one of those apps who refuses to have radar in Alaska and Hawaii and probably will stubbornly refuse to do so in the future!  Hey!!! We are part of the USA!!
There are 50 states not 48!!!

Took way to long to load/refresh, even with limited actions enabled. 

Frustratingly slow.
