The app is unreliable and keeps facing technical issues. I have removed and reinstalled the application twice, but the problem remains unresolved. As a merchant, I depend on this app for business operations, and such frequent issues affect my work and customer service. An app meant for business users should be dependable. HDFC needs to address these recurring technical problems and improve customer support. The platform is clunky, slow, and prone to errors. I've had to restart transactions multiple times due to technical glitches. But what's even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. I've called their helpline multiple times, only to be put on hold for hours To top it all off, their security measures are laughable. when I reported it to them, they took weeks to investigate and resolve the issue. Overall, HDFC SmartHub Vyapar is a disaster. I would not recommend it to anyone. They need to seriously overhaul their platform, customer support, and security measures before they can even think about competing with other payment gateways. - Clunky and error-prone platform - Poor customer support - Exorbitant fees and hidden charges - Laughable security measures *Recommendation:* Avoid HDFC SmartHub Vyapar at all costs.
