My premium due date is May 27, but I already paid my premium on May 8. Even after more than two weeks, the payment has still not been reflected in the app, and it continues to show that my premium is due. This creates unnecessary confusion and concern for customers. HDFC Life is one of India’s leading companies in the banking and insurance sector, so I expected a much better digital experience. There seems to be poor coordination between the payment system and the app update process. A premium payment should be reflected promptly and accurately. The delay of more than two weeks is unacceptable and indicates a lack of proper system synchronization. The app also needs significant improvement in reliability and customer experience.
