Just a dummy app. ### 1/5 — Deserves 0 star *2020-09-14, version 5.04.1* It’s a shame that a bank with market cap over $270 billion can’t make a usable app. Even the login doesn’t work as expected. Why would you add “Register Face ID” on login screen only to show the message that it can’t be done from here? Why would the app just forget that Face ID is saved after a day or two? Someone needs the fire the UX and QA leads. ### 1/5 — HDFC needs to invest more on Mobile Platform *2020-07-16, version 5.04* After getting past a lot of initial hurdles, this app has a long before it can come at par with likes of E*TRADE, Robinhood, Charles Schwab and others. HDFC clearly doesn’t believe in uSer Experience and User Research. There are plethora of features that are not available today like how do i do market analysis of the stock i am interested in purchasing, I cannot see how did the stock perform over last 1 month or 10 years or it’s lifetime, i dont know when is the next earnings date and many such subtle things. Updates buys or sells after 2-3 days. Frequently logs out of my account. It looks like the team has not bothered to check. The icons can’t be clicked, when you try to go in options it goes to search.
